Please notify us by 6 p.m. on the 7th calendar day after receiving your vehicle if you wish to return or exchange it.
The car cannot be returned in below mentioned scenarios
- The 7 Day Return policy does not apply if the car has been Modified, damaged, or missing parts from the condition delivered.
- During the validity period of the money back guarantee, no external maintenance, repairs, scratches/dents, or parts replacements are allowed.
- If the car has been driven for more than 200 kilometres, it will not be accepted for return.
